Triceps for MEN - Update your Arms

Guys love having big cut arms and a Triceps that looks like a horse shoe. After this workout routine you'll be able to barely squeeze your arms into your shirt :)



I'm going to teach boys how to build men Triceps


Perform each routine once a week (ideally with three days in between)

Routine A:
  • Barbell Laying Skull Crusher 12x8x6
  • Seated Overhead Extension 8x6x4
  • Cable V-Grip Extension  12x8x6
  • Dumbbell Laying Skull Crusher 30x20x15
Routine B:
  • Close Grip Bench Press 20x15x12x8
  • Cable V-Grip Extension 30x30x30
  • Dumbbell Kick Backs 30x20x15
