Need for Speed

Train for speed and agility. Perform the routine outdoors 3 times a week.
Stay hydrated

5min jog.

Mark out a 40 yard zone. Perform 20 100%Max sprints.

Rest 2min

Mark an uphill 50 yard zone. Perform 20 uphill sprints.

Rest 2min

Burpee sprints for 40 yards. 10 sets
