Treadmill fun

Grab your running shoes, a water bottle and put some band aids over your nipples. It's cardio time on the treadmill.

30min total time
400kcal total calories

Start with a 5min jog at comfort zone
30sec max sprint
1min comfort jog
1:30min walk
Continue interval until you have reached 30min.
