Perform each routine once a week (ideally with three days in between)
Routine A:
- Barbell Laying Skull Crusher 12x8x6
- Seated Overhead Extension 8x6x4
- Cable V-Grip Extension 12x8x6
- Dumbbell Laying Skull Crusher 30x20x15
- Close Grip Bench Press 20x15x12x8
- Cable V-Grip Extension 30x30x30
- Dumbbell Kick Backs 30x20x15
