Tight Abs


I took this picture today. Its been 25 days since I started my new core routine!

Its working!

Try out this routine 4 times a week post your workout
  • Perform 5 cycles with a 2min break at the end
    • Standard abdominal crunch with 25lb plate 30sec
    • Toe Touches with 25lb plate 45sec
    • Russian Twist with 10lb plat 45sec
    • 12lb medicine ball wall throw 60sec
    • Straight leg hanging leg raises 30sec
