Batman

Just watched the new batman movie! Bale has put on some serious weight again. Clients ask me all the time how to put on muscle like fitness celebrities such as Batman.


Sample

Equipment: Treadmill, Bench Press, Dumbbells
(repeat for 3 cycles)
      • 1 min 80% MaxHr Sprint
      • 1set 8 reps at 60% Max Bb Bench Press 
      • 1 set 15 reps db standing arnold press
