Shake it up this morning

Most of us don't have time to fix up a huge and delicious breakfast every morning. You don't need TIME! Pick your favorite fresh fruits + protein powder + milk or water + ice :)


My personal favorite shakes recipes
  • 5 Fresh Strawberries
  • 5 Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 Scoops of Whey Protein
  • 3 Cups of  water
  • 1 Cup of Ice
