Try out this routine 4 times a week post your workout
- Perform 5 cycles with a 2min break at the end
- Standard abdominal crunch with 25lb plate 30sec
- Toe Touches with 25lb plate 45sec
- Russian Twist with 10lb plat 45sec
- 12lb medicine ball wall throw 60sec
- Straight leg hanging leg raises 30sec
